Which One Should You Eat?

Someone’s finally written a book that helps you pick between the foods at various restaurants and from all the choices at the grocery store that LOOK so great (and delicious), that is, until you read the nutrition label… But who has time to read and memorize hundreds of packages, just to get to the right ones for your needs? And what about food at restaurants, where you don’t get a nutrition break-down for each item so you’re eating ‘blind’?

Fat Loss for Idiots – Finally, A Program Just For Me!

While surfing the net, my mom came across this site and sent me the link. (Now I don’t know about you, but I’m not quite sure which point she was making – that I’m “pleasantly plump” aka FAT or that I’m an idiot or if there was some other agenda at work… hmmmmm.)

So I took a peek at their pages. Sounds actually pretty interesting. I mean, any diet that doesn’t make me eat low-fat or low-carb or low-calorie sounds like one I might be able to stay on, unlike others I’ve tried. And I don’t know about you, but the chance to lose 9 lbs in 11 days (one of their claims) means my jeans would stop cringing and trying to crawl under the bed every time I came near them. (Not a pretty sight!)

Of course, since this is the New Year yet again, finding workable weight loss diet plans are always in the top 10 resolutions so companies that make them know we’re out there searching. The good thing about that is this is also the time of year where you’ll get some pretty nice discounts, up to 50% on some programs. (My idea of heaven – lose weight AND save money at the same time… LOL)

So, if you’re like me and one of your New Year’s resolutions is to find a way to lose some fat. (I mean some “pleasant plumpness”), then pop by this place as one possibility:
